A lesson from Mr. Rogers

More from the amazing Mr. Rogers. Thank you to John Kinde of Humor Power for pointing out this wonderful example of authenticity, passion, and staying on message - Fred Rogers speaking before the Senate Subcommittee on Communications, in 1969, in pursuit of a $20 million grant for the Corporation for Public Broadcasting.

The video is six minutes long. Watch, enjoy and learn.

Mr. Rogers is on a list of People that inspire me the most.

  2. And he's not someone who's traditionally on those kinds of "lists" because he worked in the sphere of children - he was practically invisible to adults all that time.
